Associate Professor of Pig Production and Organic Animal Husbandry

My teaching and research is mainly related to the fields of pig nutrition and organic animal production. As part of my research, I have studied the use of alternative protein feeds, incl. by-products, in animal nutrition. In several projects, I have also been involved in research of animal welfare and the environmental issues of animal production. I’m the head of the curriculum in Animal Science and a member of several defence committees.
